Mark Ingram... and The Draft

I loved watching Mark Ingram play and im not much of a college football guy. I just reviewed the drafts and found he is now a Saint! Im a little shocked, late draft i expected some crap, nope just the Heisman Trophy winner... well i hope he works out better then Ricky Williams, my last college favorite. Id hate a little on Bush, but he did help us win a Super Bowl.

I just hope there is football this year....

the saints had a good draft, i think they were surprised ingram was available. i think the giants might have taken him if they weren't lucky enough to have prince available when thier pick came up. i'm glad the giants finaly picked some fucking linebackers in the draft aand aren't just ignoring thier most glaring need. of course, they guys they picked didn't exactly recieve high grades. they took a OL as well that they need but it doens't sound like he's very good either. i have to trust them on these as the giants have had a pretty good track record of making good selections.

football will happen, there's too much money at stake to let it ride. just hte TV networks alone will put so much pressure on them to finally get something done that it'll happen. i'm surprised at how much the playing football on 9/11 thing is playing into this.
