no i don't know what it takes to be a cook. no i have no experience besides cooking for myself and washing dishes. of course i'm ready for network television. i could do Kitchen n nightmares. i've seen every episode. now that i've discovers mission impossible : restaurants, i know i can do this. it was the more professional version i was looking for. i GET it. i understand the consulting side of it. you walk in, look at the fridge, slam the bloated size of the menu, destroy the fact that they don't serve fresh food, the food is almost always the problem. i'm not an expert in the area but i think that's what i need. i can do everything else. i'm a good process guy, i learn quick, i get it, i can be a consultant, i just don't have the restaurant experience. Tino, you'd be my secret weapon. a little design, get he place looking nice and making decent food and you're all set.
ooops, i'm drunk. once again, oops. it happens.
no shame in that. i'm better drunk than most people are sober. just wait for the Ron Swanson post. broth was not an option, peanuts were.
star wars.
end.
i'm not too sure about that last part but when i woke up there were peanuts everywhere. apparently i had some plans for a ron swonson post that sort of materialized at 2:55 in the morning. i may have said some things i'll regret on twitter as well. good thing i have 0 followers.
