he sure did don't cha know? but the fight isn't over yet! lets hope the last few senate seats fall our way. hears to the hope that all franken will get the extra 500 votes he needs to win! i can't believe that al franken is even this close, as of this writing he's behind by only 500 votes for hte senate seat from minnesota against the incumbent republican norm coleman. coleman is an old mainstay and franken is a fucking comedian. wow. i'm all for mr. franken but i didn't think it would be close.

obamas acceptence speach was bad ass.

i know MA made medical mary jane OK, i didn't hear about decriminalization. i may have ot move a little farther north....

MI approved medical mj. MA decriminalized the penalty down to a $100 fine for anything less than an ounce. CA, FL, and ? all banned gay marriage in their constitutions. WA approved doctor assisted suicide. Those were the big ones i think.
