oops, not again...

oh shit, it happened again. Cox turned off my internet for downloading stuff. this time, i had a much more in depth discussion about how this little legal dance works. i think he gave me too much information. basically, Cox was prompted to turn me off by a media company. Cox has nothing to do with this, they take orders from Hollywood. When i download something, no one cares, when i share something, everyone goes ape shit. its not the download that gets you, its the uploading, Hollywood monitors uploads. you can download all the shit you'd ever want as long as you don't share it. i downloaded a TV show that is not available for sale yet and they whacked me. its was the sharing going on while i was downloading that got me. so as long as i turn off sharing i can do whatever i want. plus its 3 strikes and not out but "in a one year period your account will go up for review for termination". wow, harsh.

...and the world continues its downward spiral.

hehe, nice catch, its mostly websites that i've bookmarked for having something cool on them like pretty moving pictures and such. nothing that cool or important
