Well its all down to you Texas and Ohio. Two states I repeatedly make fun of. I've got $10 on Clinton pulling through (literally). I don't want to get into a debate here, but i've supported her since the beginning. I can and will get behind Obama if the tide turns that way, but we'll see.
Bah, you forget the great states of Rhode Island and Vermont. Are you saying you've already bet $10 or you're asking people to wager $10 that Obama gets the nomination? If it's the latter, I'll take that.
Everyone knows Vermont has no say in anything. Is Rhode Island even a state? I bet my friend $10 a couple weeks ago that Hilary would win the nomination of the party. The media was already saying it was impossible at that time. I think the media was blowing things out of proportion...its still closer than they make it out.
Anyone here surprised that he'd be behind a woman...
{I mean that in a dirty way}
if i only listened to the media i'd have thought obama won it months ago. hilary was in the lead for a majority of their time together in the spot light but obama is the media darling. they've been pimping him hard.
i feel like branci does, i'd love to have hilary win but i'll follow the democrats like a good sheep. if only nader wasn't so passionate or poetic when he speaks... his ideals get the best of me every time.
oh and yes, Vermont has no effect on anything. if new Hampshire didn't have an important primary (IE: the first) the north east wouldn't matter as a voting block. we'd all be written off as the opposite of kansas. fuck the south.
Vermonters have too much influence! More Senators and Congressperson per capita than those big states! One Senator has power over the prez, but that is going kinda slow. The recently retired one scored me a job by getting the US Dept of Trans to give UVM's transportation center $16M, a level of funding reserved for a select few TC's, but UVM didn't even have one yet!
