OPA-LOCKA, Fla. -- An 11-year-old boy who was hiding behind an old piece of furniture at an Opa-Locka apartment was shot and killed after his neighbor celebrated the New Year by shooting a gun into the trash.
NATCHEZ, Miss. -- A Natchez man shot and killed his wife when he mistook her for an intruder in their home, according to police.

"Next Stop Opa-Locka!" Its a memorable line for me, as i road on a South Florida train, the conductor said it with such enthusiasm, it was almost like a song... but only three words.
