Headline: Dog smarter then Cop

i went to philly for a night for work this week. i took the train each way because it was faster and cheaper then flying.plus its the train, you can bring anything you want on it. like a joint. i got there wednesday night and met our sales guy. he handeled this whole thing and i just showed when i had to. we went out to a fantastic dinner at a place called The Oceanaire. our tab was 250$ between the two of us. went back to the hotel afterwards and i decided to smoke a little in my rooom. i smoked a half a joint and put the other half back in my wallet for later.

i went othe customer this morning and did my thing. we had to certify this place as accptable to assemble our parts. well, they weren't and it was a disaster. so we left early. dave dropped me off at the train station two and a half hours before my train. so i hopped up to the counter and took one that was leaving in like ten minutes. i rushed over to grab a bite to eat and something to drink since i hadn't had a chance to all day. thiers usually no security at train staions buti guess philly is a lot bigger then new haven. waiting in line to go down the stairs to the train, a cop with a drug dog was walking around the area. of course, i didn't see him and the dog barked at me. shit. i almost shit a brick until the cop pulled the dog away and said he was sorry. he saw all the food and drink in my hands and thought the dog had just gotten too close to it. phew! i got away in a hurry and got down to the platform for the train.

i can't help but think that i was just very lucky today. i was dressed nice because i had just come from a customer and i was obviously there for work and in a hurry with a bunch of food in my hands. plus, i'm white. i can only assume that had a big part in my success. but at the end of the day, dog: 1, cop: 0. man am i glad to be a white male.

While I think the food, your dress and appearance did make a difference, do drug dogs sniff for that, or only for harder stuff? Maybe also your title could have been "Dog's reality-based performance censored by racist cop."
