Yeah those things are going down like a blonde on nickel night. (booya). But seriously i think if we send ~20,000 more troops that will really fix the underlying problems of this war. Wacka-mole foreign policy at its best.

I love how everything is now compared to the cost of the Iraq war, like how we could fund universal health care, or fix social security, (or have a massive tax cut, but no one mentions that one because war fans and tax break fans are the same people, and you can't spend the same money twice, well actually they do) or at a meeting about Vermont's railroads and how none of them can handle modern traffic they mentioned the high cost of renovating the whole system when someone pointed out that was only 20 minutes of Iraq spending.

wait, there's a war going on?

even world war 2 only lasted about 6 years, give or take. i'm pretty sure kids in the generation or 2 after ours won't even recognize these things as "wars" anymore, but will just see them as "news" or "life".

ok i just got a call that my car is majorly fucked up so i lost my train of thought. fuck. later.
