Just saw the new bond flick tonight. To all the doubters out there... screw you, its awesome! My only complaint is the lack of a car chase scene. Yea you see the Aston Martin flip in the trailer but it isn't much. Eva Green is so hot. I think I was drooling every time she was on the screen. oh man, soo hot!....
anyway go see it.
Speaking of casino, I'm going to Las Vegas at the end of the month. Anyone who's been please chime in with a "must see".
Also, word is there will be some people out at Rookies Friday night. I hope to make it.
1. The Light Show Downtown, you gamble for 40min at the Three Queens or Binions or other downtown retro casino, then go out onto the street on the hour and check out the music and light show above your head, its really cool.
2. Ghost Bar at the Palms, for the hip scene and view of Vegas.
3. My favorite casino.... The Sahara, sure it lacks some of the glitz and glamor of the newer casinos, but the bottled beer flows and you can play $3 single deck blackjack, which is a little slower paced and more enjoyable.
Well... there is alot to see, but also the Hardrock Casino is cool. But the nicer the place, the higher the stakes.
Where are you staying and how long?
Oh and another thing you may not think about.
Checkout some of the afternoon shows, they can be alot of fun, comedy acts, vantriliquzum?, even topless, they are normally cheap, possibly even comped.
But mostly they are a good way to break up the periods of heavy drinking and gambling.
Ride at least one of the rides on top of the Stratosphere (http://www.insanityride.com) So crazy.
Also, everything at Circus, Circus is cheaper. It's old Vegasy, not as glitzy - but a late night 1lb. hot dog for $1 and a bucket of Coors Light cans for $3 is nothing but awesome.
Yeah, i've seen the reviews for Bond coming in posiitive as well. I'll maybe reconsider. It cant be worse than the last pathetic two.
Thanksgiving TBS Bond marathon week! Woo hoo!
Casino Royale is awesome - I agree. It's really badass.
And long live the monkeyman of Mogadishu or wherever they were. I would see that movie again just for that footchase scene alone.
