is it missing some spokes or is that to cut down on weight? looks sharp.
High end wheels have fewer spokes than regular cheap ones, and sometimes they are different shapes, to combat drag, as you can imagine how they chop up the air. The most aerodynamic wheels are solid, but that's usually only on time trial bikes and only on the back since you can't steer very wheel with them on the front. Some have four or so carbon wings for spokes.
Look at you follow me around the cycling world but going far more extreme into each style. How many bikes do you have now? Are you going to race this one? What kind of races?

I took a spin around my yard on this thing. I'm not used to thin tires, but even at low speeds it seems like the thing can fly.
