Was for me to wake up this morning. Good god it was hard. Apparently a week and a half vacation with 2 buddies is NOT good for professional motivation. Who would have thought...

i bet your work wasn't as big a mess as mine was this morning. and i got in later then you did. When i got here this morning, there was lterally a pile of stuff on my desk. Nothing got shipped last week because i wasn't here so everyone just dumped the paper work on my desk and waited for me to show up. Also, the one project i left in the hands a other people (i made sure to cover my ass and get more than one person to do this stuff) still got fucked up. I now have two tubesheets with one giant hole instead of 34 little ones. they are very shinny paperweights now, which are now two weeks late. fucking fantastic. Plus, other people have been making promises of work they think i have time to do, so now i'm screwed because there are a bunch of things that have to get done before i leave again tomarrow. tuesday afternoon i leave to go down to virgina for a day and a half to learn a piece of software from some guy in his house. when i tell the whole story it sounds like i'm going to go get ass raped by some dirty southerner. it never ends does it.
