way too busy, and now this stupid customer want a conference call this morning to discuss "discrepencies". i missed a few little things on one of the spec sheets isent them and now they are all in a fuss, what really gets me is that these things make no difference in the design or construction of anything and should be minor things hammered out with a 30 second email, instead its been dozens of emails and now phone calls, i hate idiots. my head may explode today. fuck work, i wish i was on vacation again.
and today is wednesday to boot, harbor park hangover is not welcomed in the presence of idiots
surprisingly, i'm not hungover. must've been all the beer and cigar. or maybe it was the advil.
kolpak called me twice to make sure i brought the clubs, and then he left without getting them. i'll have to drop them by your place or something.
deal, what time do you get home from work?
anyone read the seven habits of highly effective people? i'm curious about what it says reguarding "time wasting people".
i usually get home between 530-6. i dont know that i'll bring them up tonight, i just meant in general. i'm in no real rush. he wants them more than i want to get rid of them.
i was just curious, i've got kind of a free afternoon today (assuming i don't just stay at work)and i think i might do some driving around looking at house, maybe i'll just stop by.
There's a lil' seminar coming up at work about those 7 habits, hosted by the author. I'll let you know next month.
I struggled and conquered: no major errors on a hangover day. At this time last year I was unemployed so Harbor Park nights wouldn't matter.
I have had nothing productive come from conference calls. No one takes them seriously.
