day uno

day one of learning back in the north. overall a good day. my first class was criminal procedure at 9am. at usc this is a 2nd year class, but at psu it's a 1st year so i was surrounded by 1Ls. it was pretty funny. i could feel the fear in the room. it reminded me of my first day last year. for the first time i could tell the difference b/w 1Ls and 2Ls, and for the first time i felt liek maybe i did learn a good bit last year. i think it's like the notion of growth. for example, i never noticed when santos got big, cuz i was seeing him everyday. i think the learning was the same way. it didnt feel like i progressed much, but today in comparison to the first years, all of whom must be smart since they got into law school in the first place, i felt the difference b/w the first and second years.

then i had 2 more classes, neither of which was very significant. environmental law sounds like it might be pretty cool, and its a smaller class which is kinda cool. appellate practice is gonna suck, and the prof seems like kidna a dick, but that's life.

i'm watching fairenheit 9-11 right now during my little study break, so my focus is in and out and i'm gettin a little upset. apologies if i trail off from time to time.

this is kinda funny. doesn't sound too good for pirro, but i think that may be a good thing. good old big willy style.

so who's going to ski's wedding? the rsvp is due sometime and i gotta decide. i'm probably gonna come home for it, but it depends cuz i'm gonna have an appellate brief due soon after that date. so the more people who are going the more likely i'll come up for it, but i also need to decide soon cuz of the rsvp date.

ok i'm just going off on too many tangents now. i'm done here. long live hamburger helper. help it, then betray it. DO IT
